I love my yin yoga classes. Deborah is a wonderful instructor and she has created such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. My fellow yogi’s are friendly and fun and I really look forward to seeing them every Tuesday and Thursday!

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Clean equipment and a nice variety of equipment. The trainer, Angela, is great to work with. I've tried other gyms. YMCA is the best. Very few "gym rats" admiring themselves in the mirror. Just folks like me trying to stay in shape in a professional, friendly environment.

This is a wonderful YMCA, the front desk employees are absolutely the best. Everyone really enjoys their good humor, expertise in answering our questions, etc. It seems that each individual member really matters to them. It is always clean and comfortable to just hang around and talk to others. The Zumba Gold instructor, Rachel is very caring and often modifies her dances to meet our abilities. Overall, this is the best YMCA I have been assoicated with in the past few years.
