I have been a member for several years. When speaking with others in the morning classes, the ladies would like to request a Pilates class that is not geared to the 20-30 year old members. Several years ago, there was one, but when the instructor changed, you lost all of us over 50. Thanks for your consideration.

Love the new Y! I was a member years ago and dropped it because just did not like it anymore. eGym makes it easy for me to begin weight-bearing exercise again, friendly front desk, and nice atmosphere.
Everything is very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Lake Highlands is the best kept secret in the YMCA line up. What an amazing gathering of good caring people. Other locations seem to attract the more intitled and self indulgent demographic there only for the facility it provides at large. That is what makes the Lake Highlands location so different, and attaracts the communities genuine members that want to improve our community and help others.
Everyone is friendly and helpful it is always clean and just 10min away from my house
And I never heard anyone shaming people.
