I like working with Austin, my personal trainer. I love Audry's yoga class and Carole's tai chi class. Ladies at the front desk are so pleasant!
All the equipment I use is top notch! I love the treadmills and the exercise machines. Also, the yoga room I use is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The Lake Highlands YMCA is an excellent place to exercise and connect with others in the community. The staff is always friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. The exercise equipment is consistently updated and emphasizes the YMCA’s commitment to its members. In addition, all the structural changes (especially the new outdoor pool) provide a welcoming environment to the community.
