I like the front desk and the training staff. They are always friendly and smile when I see them. The equipment is new and shows they are committed to providing the best resources for working out.

Enjoyed it and good to see Galey. Like all the individual shower room. Was worried if busy but no wait. Semone shower rooms used by everyone even just for the toilet. These were away from other gym areas. Good design. Plus wanta be navy brats hog special needs area at Semones.
Very goot
We liked that the instructors were able to get my kids comfortable and want to learn how to swim. They were able to start swimming about 1.5 months of swim lessons.

Clean, organized, kids love going. Only knock I have is for the lack of communication for swim lessons. We tried to enroll our child in lessons but went elsewhere as communication was non existent in getting back to us after emails, calls, and stopping by when at the location.
Always greeted when you walk in the door. Overall, everyone is friendly.

It’s a great place to workout !
Great equipment. Pls do add a training table for those of us who have problems using floor mats. Also a rotating staff member who understands the equipment and can answer quick how to questions would be great. The front desk folks don't know the equipment - e.g. how to use treadmill tech to set up apps or how to use a free weight press - and I feel bad asking a trainer for help when they are working w/clients.
Finally not adding a few urinals in the men's locker room or a men's room near the front was a big mistake. As is when all shower rooms are in use there is no place to go to the john.
We absolutely loved our instructor, Emily! Our daughter was not very keen on water before lessons & Emily immediately made her feel comfortable and excited to learn how to swim.
