What do you like about your J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

Always courteous upon arrival. Everything is clean. All the equipment is kept up and if something breaks, it’s fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lots of staff on the floor. I love my YMCA!

Great variety of classes and an easy sign up app to reserve space in them. Exceptional facility that’s clean and staffed with friendly people.

What do you like about your Swim Team at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

My child loves coach Alisha, Jamie, & Liz S. They not only care about the kids as swimmers but as children too. My one complaint with this program is that there is no volunteer service hour policy and thus we are part of the 10% of the families that volunteered 90% of the time. It isnt fair that so many families never volunteer because they dont want to stay til the end of the meet, be helpful, or support other kids. We enjoy helping but again it just isnt fair to have to do it every single meet because others dont feel compelled to do their share. I think if a 20 hour annual policy was put in place it would make a huge difference!

The instructor was patient and kind. Her instructions were very clear, staff was friendly and welcoming.

What do you like about your Sports at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

YMCA Angel Camp has been wonderful. The staff is exceptional. My child absolutely loves going to camp each summer at the Y. Angel Camp and the staff have been a blessing to our family.

What do you like about your J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

Amazing range of physical and social resources. I learned to play pickleball at the Y and have never met a friendlier, more welcoming group of people. I did several sessions w one of your physical trainers and I now am a regular weight lifter. I have taken many fitness classes and the instructors are terrific. I see all the kids in summer camps and am proud to see the good the Y is doing. Bravo! May you continue to grow, prosper and serve our Rockwall community

What do you like about your Swim Lessons at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

I like how the instructors focused in teaching the kids. There is communication between the kids and the instructor.
I also like how the instructor gives the kid caregiver feedback after each lesson. The parents are not left out .

Thanks to your friendly and caring staff, my son is not afraid of geting into water anymore. He completed lesson 1 & 2 and now on 3 & 4.

The instructors taught my son so well. They helped him not be afraid, they were so kind l, and they made it fun! ♥️

My daughter's swim group is small, only 3 persons, so she is able to get timely hands on practice and she likes her instructor.

Myla was so great with our daughter. Our daughter started out crying every time her face touched the water her first day, to loving swimming lessons by the 4th day! We were so pleased with how wonderful Myla was with our daughter. We would definitely recommend swimming lessons at this YMCA!

What do you like about your Swim Lessons at J.E.R. Chilton YMCA at Rockwall experience?

We had done swim lessons at aqua tots before coming to the ymca for lessons. After spending thousands at aqua tots my kids jumped in the pool and sank as if they had never had lessons. We came to you guys and my kids are learning to swim! My son is loving swimming and keeps asking me to sign him up for more advanced lessons and my daughter is learning to be safe in water and I’m so grateful!!
