I love the senior exercise class. I previously enjoyed the Senior Yoga class but they don't have that anymore to my knowledge. I have participated in classes since approximately 2006 except when COVID shut down the YMCA. i was finally able to come back this year and I very thankful.

My son enjoyed the basketball season he cant wait for the summer season to start. In the meantime he will continue with soccer. The sportsmanship was beyond my expectations. The teams were very respectful towards each other as well as the coaches towards the kids. The experience was incredible and we are looking forward to continuing with other sports.

I love everything about it!! I love the variety of machines, weights, and activities they have. I love how clean and organized it is. The locker room is very nice and clean. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff there. They always make you feel welcome when you come in the door.

Christian music being played and the family atmosphere. I mainly use the weight room.
this season was awesome, really enjoyed the new director (Anthony) he was always communicating to the parents about all upcoming events and any weather related issues. Also had a great coach coach Mcmillion and great team. it was honestly one of the best seasons we have expirienced at the Y and i have been in 9 seasons now.
I like that it's very family-friendly and easy to sign up for a team.
