Good people
All the great people we mix with every day we are there.
There is something for everyone from infants very senior seniors.
The people, staff and members. It’s like family.
1. Friendly staff
2. Friendly members
3. Equipment in good condition
4. Accept Renew Active for membership fee
5. Not too crowded
Older patrons make the experience of the club very nice - They are more respectful of the equipment, other folks around them. Club is easy access and usually not too crowded - new machines are nice.
Environment, Ms Morgan, camps, classes
I love the Cross Timbers YMCA. I have been a member for 16 years. I love the staff, classes and other members. We're like a big family.
Good experience!
Registration was quick and easy. Coaching requests were accepted. Games are competitive but not in an atmosphere of win at all cost. Players had fun while learning fundamentals.
Coaches were amazing!
It’s very organized and great for the youth.
The group of friends I have made at the Y.
It is fun! competitive-parents like being a part of it - something good for the kids to do.
The community is very kind
Family friendly, senior friendly, clean facility which offers a variety of activities for everyone.
Everything.
The kindness of the staff, the support and enthusiasm of the instructors; and the love and appreciation of the instructors that inspire me to go above and beyond what I ever expected of myself! Y'all rock!!!!!
Very friendly people, great classes and instructors
The staff is great! The workout equipment is current technology and well maintained!! Great programs!
This was our first experience with youth sports and it was a great experience. Great coach and we met a lot of great people. Good experience for my 1st grader.
We loved our first season with YMCA. The communication was excellent. Having the schedule up front and the consistency of the same location all season made this so simple for our family. We will be back for another season soon!
Family oriented.
Organization does not nickel and dime you.
Focus on children.
State of the art facilities.
What I do not like:
In the past the Y has hosted seminars that were nothing but disguised infomercials (financial programs like Social security, tax preparation, Medicare etc.). There should be an opportunity for the seminar audience to discuss the information presented without the infomercial presenters around. The y should not be perceived as a sponsor of the information presented.
Pickleball participants should be given a written list of the protocol and expected behavior. .
Friendly staff, friendly people who work out there. There are good classes to take and they are included in the monthly fee. They offer pickleball on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I like how friendly the staff members is.I also like the programs and classes they offer.
The staff are friendly.
The friendship is real.
The classes are awesome.
Everyone helpful and knowledgeable
No judgement place for all ages. All welcome accepted and validated
The Dallas office never ask their clients for their opinion before they do anything. They just change the equipment. The equipment appears to have been picked by someone who has and will never use it. It appears to have been picking because someone like the way it looks.

Miss Jackie and Miss Georgia in the child care are wonderful! They play with my grandkids and make them feel safe and welcome. I am always happy to see them because they are so kind and good with children. Thank you for everyone involved in managing the child care. It is clean and big and has good toys and the best staff! I also am a fan of Paul who teaches PIYO. she is a great instructor and has helped me feel more healthy and strong. It is always a good experience to come to Cross Timbers YMCA. The front desk staff are all friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with my membership and requently recommend it.
