The local staff is so kind and friendly. They speak to me by name and are responsive when I have a request. It is a friendly place to exercise. I especially enjoy interacting with Thomas at the front desk. He is a ray of sunshine. The kindness of the staff is evident when they deal with the needs of Thomas who has special needs.
I like that the trainers now are doing a good job giving instructions. Before the instructors wasted a lot of time chatting.

I like the Child watch option, especially the parents' night out.
The restrooms and shower areas are mostly clean. It would be nice to have lockers dusted periodically.
This turned to be a better experience than expected, still need to understand all the perks but so far is what I needed for my whole family.

I love the swimming and basketball teachers!! They are very engaged and have taught a lot to my child.
For basketball, I wish there were more sessions and the class size was a bit smaller though, but love the teachers.
