Julie White listens well to what I want and styles my hair just as I like it. I am greeted by name when I arrive for my appointment. Scheduling and re-scheduling is well handled. I never need to wait.
The staff is excellent, but the salon needs sound dampening, acoustic ceiling tiles or something. It is way too noisy to be a relaxing experience.

Beautiful salon with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I am greeted and made comfortable as soon as I arrive.
My stylist pays attention to what I’m looking for and is fully in tune with what works best for my hair type and personality.
Really enjoyed the visit and the blow dry, the only thing I would suggest is that it would be nice to have the water and tea and all those other items available in the front for people to choose from instead of in the back where no one knows what is actually available.

I especially enjoyed the expertise and friendliness of my therapist, Stacy. She was courteous and thorough in all aspects. Also, the establishment itself is beautiful - the boutique and waiting area was so fun and really set the tone for a great experience.

I’ve used I AM for an occasional hair trim for years but this was my first time in the new salon. While I waited for my stylist one of the front staff gave me a tour of the new space and it is absolutely beautiful. I also love the fact that I can pick up a gift for a friend or maybe even treat myself to something nice.
I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, had surgery and began chemotherapy. I called last minute to see if I could get a haircut in preparation for the likely thinning and loss of hair I’ll soon experience. Thankfully, Sarah was able to fit me in that same day. It was my first time meeting Sarah and she was so incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation. She made me feel so comfortable and my hair is beautiful. I look forward to her being my stylist while on this journey and after!
