Sara and I are developing a good relationship. She wants to do what will make me happy. She’s very gentle. The staff greets me warmly when I arrive and depart.

I 100% recommend I AM salon for Salon and/or Spa. Every experience I have had over the last 8 years has been positive!! I have strayed before… but never been as satisfied as with I AM. However, I will no longer stray.
It’s worth the drive… I live in Burgaw!

Everyone was very helpful, Kimberly was fantastic. She took the time to talk me through what I wanted, how it would fall, etc. Kimberly continued to walk me through each step including the products she was using. I've been to a lot of hairdressers and while I get that being chatty is a perk for some I much prefer her letting me relax outside of the great pertinent info! Looks like I finally have someone I will be back to see.

This was my first time at I Am Salon. I was very pleased with Nedzida. She listened and offered advice when I asked for her professional opinion. In different salons, my highlights were always to brassy. I wanted more natural highlights. Nedzida gave me very subtle highlights which I love. The receptionists were welcoming and kind. I will definitely return!

I had the pleasure of Bri sprucing up my 3 year old microblading. She was such a delight. She does the same style as Sunni (who did my initial brows). She was super sweet, caring and very thorough in all her eyebrow strokes. Very easy to talk to and have a great conversation. I’m beyond happy! Thank you, Bri!
