Shannon (new to I AM Salon) made my whole experience amazing. She was so passionate about her job. I had originally come for just a wash and blowout while my daughter got a massage, but ended up getting a fabulous hair cut to go with my plan. She gave me the most relaxing shoulder, neck and scalp massage to start, followed by a hair wash that was most relaxing and followed by a fabulous new layered cut and blowout.... with such fun, interesting conversation the entire time. I highly recommend Shannon, she is wonderful!

Holly was amazing! The best facial I have ever had. Holly not only went above and beyond but she seems as though she really loves what she does! I can't say I see that very often. I immediately booked my next appointment...which I have never done before. Spectacular! 10 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Everyone is super helpful, good products, good service. My only issue is that over the last few visits providers and receptionists try too hard to sell more products. It’s getting irritating.

Our bridal party of five stopped in for Special Occasion Styling. When we arrived, we were greeted with enthusiasm by the receptionist and all the stylists and were seated immediately. We had a lot of fun and felt very special. Thank you for a great experience.

This salon experience was wonderful. Best ever! The neck massage before the haircut was perfect. So relaxing. That helps when you’ve chosen a new stylist. No worries though. Ellie was a great listener and a perfectionist. She gave me exactly what I requested. I’ll be back!

Always a pleasure coming to this location for my spa needs! This was my first time getting a massage from Corwin but I would 10/10 recommend him! He made my experience comfortable and relaxing. I’ll be back soon!

Dulce is amazing. She gave my daughter the exact haircut she wanted. She looked absolutely gorgeous. The staff is always so welcoming and professional. I have been going to I AM Salon since I moved to Wilmington 12 years ago and won’t go anywhere else.

My eyebrow technician saw me the day I called to add some more color to my brows for a touch up. I really appreciated her seeing me in a timely manner and there was no charge for the touch up.
