Buying heating oil is one thing .... getting great service when you need heat is a totally different subject. I can only speak for myself, but historically Rymes Propane has gone beyond the call of duty. I own a very old furnace and they have been candid and dedicated in helping me get the most from my old technology. Replacing my OEM Beckett burner motor was a perfect solution to increasing the efficiency of my vintage furnace. Rymes also helped replace our old oil tank and modernize the system at a very fair price. It's May 30, 2025 and I have nothing but good to say. By hook or by crook I hope Rymes remains a supplier in the Upper Valley ..... anyone can sell fuel oil ..... getting great service is why I remain with and recommend Rymes.

The only thing I would change is to encourage folks like me who enjoy the discount for prompt payment is to request immediate 72 hour payment ( USPS Post Mark required ) using a bank check or Money Order to save Rymes credit card points. Payments can be handed directly to the Rymes Delivery person, the office in West Lebanon, NH. or mailed in with early legible Post Mark. Either way saves Rymes the expense of accepting credit cards ( like mine ) and helps keep Rymes in business and maybe even saves a few pennies on the price per gallon. The latter is not my goal .... keeping Rymes happy is. First name removed

You've always come thru in response to my gauge's communication re LPG status. 'Tho it frequently seems to get uncomfortably low to me, only once in many years has it sputtered out --- and you did not charge for reinstating. Thank you.

Your delivery drivers have always been efficient, pleasant and polite -- and willing to indulge inquiry and conversation while reeling their hoses. Well done! Thank you. During the winter, I have never had to call for fuel, their timing is great. Price is comparable and when furnace needs servicing, it is easy to schedule.
