I like that you had kerosene recently when other companies either did not (and did not know when they would receive more) or were rationing it to their customers. I liked the discount you gave to senior citizens like me who paid within 30 days. I was told the longer payment window was because your company knew that seniors often received ther retirement pensions only once a month.
I was surprised to see on my delivery slip that I had to pay within 10 days to receive the discount. Has your discount for senior citizens changed since you were acquired or merged with Superior Energy?
I would have rated you a 10 if you were still giving senior citizens 30 days to make a payment and still get the discount. I felt the 30 days for seniors was what set you above other companies.

Well, we do not have Rymes any longer, they sold to Superior Plus. I know that when I was having issues using the website for Superior Plus and were having real issues not being able to submit my budget payment to my account, (it kept going to an account I no longer had with another company who Superior Plus also owns); I called the customer service line multiple times on different days, where I was on hold for more than 1/2 hour each time and only because I hung up, not because they finally answered. I finally went to our Rymes office and they got my payment posted to my new Superior Plus account. However, when I tried the following month to make a budget payment online again, I had the same issue, nothing was fixed. I made the call again to just get the same results with no one answering; I then tried to email and in a few days someone did call me and they were able to help me. Lets see what happens next month. I will be patient and hope all the kinks get resolved soon. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.
Your company has never left me out in the cold. Repair service is always prompt even on weekends. When I needed it the most. They show up and fix it and there is heat again. I offer thanks to all of your technitions that have restored my heat when I needed it the most.
