The communication in the payment system needs to be corrected. I paid the "smaller" amount which was billed to me and then my statement would not let me pay the "larger" balance owed. Then I received a statement showing the larger amount paid and the smaller amount not yet paid. :/ In the end it all showed up but it was quite confusing.

As a member of the Board of Directors for my Condominium Association, when there is a problem (for which the Association is responsible) I am the first to hear. I am pleased that there have been no complaints about the quality of service or delivery schedule for our 18 homes. My only thought is that in the past, the paperwork (email statements) had caused some confusion for some of our residents but we have ironed all of that out. Now, with the new billing system under Superior, I hope that there will be no further occurrences.

As far as signing up for the online account with my new account number, this was quite problematic for me and took numerous attempts before I was finally able to establish my account and "log in". I don't know if other residents have encountered this problem.

All in all, we are pleased with Rymes/Superior.

It’s great to be able to just e mail Joanna in the office and get a tank filled with K 1 usually within a couple of days. The bill is usually in my in box the same day and I can mail the check right out for my discount.
The senior discount helps out a bit too.
