Prompt, attentive and efficient service

Your customer service is always professional and courteous. Your drivers, too. Before the monitor was put on the tank, if I had an issue with running low on propane, a truck would be dispatched asap. I can count on Rymes to be there.

My only complaint was the transition from Rhymes to Superior-- recently I called in afterhours and the CSR asks "What province are you in?" and I'm like "What...?" and she asks again what province - where do I live... "I'm in Maine..." and she said "Well, you got Canada...!" We laughed and she got me set up with the right number... all good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really like the annual pricing contract that helps us budget for propane. Have had only one occasion to call for service. Even though it was a weekend and in the evening, they responded quickly and solved the problem.

The pre-paid prices were always the best however don't like the policy to not do a partial fill at the end pf the season. I have to pay market price at that time which is very dissapointing.
