The service technician arrive at approximately 4:30 PM on the designated day. I believe his name was Tom. He did a thorough evaluation of the heating unit and made a preliminary diagnosis that a pressure switch/valve should be replaced. He was to check with another technician at Rymes to verify problem. I have not heard anything since last week.

Prior to using Rymes, we used Kidder for oil delivery and so happy for Rymes taking over their clients when it was sold. We have used Rymes for several years and have found their automatic refill the best part of their service! It's a great help for me as the owner and resident of a three-apartment home. I also appreciate the current bill left on my back door so I know that oil was delivered if I am not at home at the time they filled the tank! Of course, we all complain about the high cost, but that is nothing your company can do as you rely on the market prices. Also, so helpful for me to be able to see and pay my deliveries on my computer! Thanks for all the good service!!!
