Automatic delivery.
Originally told delivery would be within 7 days, which would have put it on Nov. 26 as I called and ordered on Nov. 19 before the snow storm. Actually delivered on Dec. 4 after the storm, so I shoveled a path and cleaned off the tank for them. I am 81, lol.
The prices for Propane and Oil are very competitive. It's why I won't go anywhere else. I've been with them since buying our home in 2014, and I've been happy with them since. I highly recommend Rymes to anyone in search of a company that will take care of them!!
The service technician was very informative and serviced all gas stoves and appliances. Delivery of the propane was within the 7 days requested. The customer service on the phone was also excellent.
Fast delivery and friendly customer service
Our propane take was abnormally low (50 gallons of propane in a 1000 gallon tank) and the man who came to our home to fill our propane and install a monitor at 9 pm on a Saturday night was professional, knowledgeable and very kind to both my husband and me. He informed us of everything he did as he did it and thoroughly explained everything.

I am very satisfied with your services. However, when the driver leaves the bill in the door, the heavy winds sometimes blow it away. I found my neighbors bill 3 doors down among my leaves.

We have been clients of Rymes for a few years now. They always come when asked, or come when they think we will need fuel. The staff and delivery employees are always courteous.

Customer service is always friendly and caring. Service is speedy and on time within the timeframe they give. This last delivery we needed a start and prime but no one was home at the time of delivery. When I called they were very helpful and were able to get a tech over to the house within an hour, and Travis worked very efficiently and was very friendly!
Pretty much have been happy with services. I am not happy that the prompt pay discount was reduced to 1%. Why bother?
Cost of gas is appreciated as I am a 78 year old widow living on a limited income.
