The driver is always pleasant! I like auto-delivery which gives me peace of mind that I will have fuel when needed. Online payment makes taking care of the payment easy and the 10-day pay discount helps a little with the high prices and extra imposed fees.

We were almost out of propane. They went above and beyond to deliver our propane a day early. We had 3 snow storms that week. The first storm the drivers were pulled off the road. Surely, that put all deliveries behind. Our normal day is Friday, but my driver showed up early Thursday morning. Albeit, making for a long day for this man. Despite any changes (he didn't mention any inconvenience at all) the driver was very friendly.

You show up when called. Efficiently pump the oil, and leave the bill where I can find it. I do have trouble if I call for a reflill getting anyone to answer my call. That is the only are of improvement.
