Rymes gave flawed info to me in July, refusing my budget payment.
Then billed me overdue; Rymes flawed detail. YET, managed by*** “live” CSR person** saving my confidence w/ Rymes; and fixing my rapport and account in AUG.
Winter/ Spring CSR earns Rymes #9 ...in spite of incident (below)

YET was a positive #7 only because of tel. communication access ** “live” CSR person**
1-close call when driver was not reliable, overlooked delivery; we called-in alerting Co. cause of missed delivery. Rymes promised, next day; by 2nd day & our urgent delivery call, Rymes resulted in overdue delivery and furnace needed re-start, 2 days later than Rymes' had promised.
When you can get through on the phone person answering is always great to deal with. Also liked the fact that the price of oil on the day called for is the price you will pay when delivered

We appreciate you deliver to us on a class IV road in Stewartstown NH once a year which is the only delivery we need in May or June when our road free of snow and mud.
