The only positive since the company was sold to Superior is the one and only service technician that has both the customer and the companies best interesdst at heart. This individual is Steve. He has serviced both of our homes in Randolph NH now for about 13 years. Cannot say enough about his expertise, product knowledge, consideration, and work ethic. If it was not for Steve, we would be giving our propane busianess to another supplier. With that said, I hope that Superior can find a way to manage properly and retain the workforce that drives the company...
