When I called on Friday the 14th I waited 42 minutes before I finally hung up as I needed to eat. I called back later and had to wait 36 minutes before my call was answered. The agent answered my question. I then made a comment about the wait time. There was no apology for the 2 long waits but I got somewhat of a snippy answer about the wait time.
With the message at the beginning of the call there was no wait time given or a chance to leave my phone number that I could be called back on so I didn't have to wait holding the phone. Also I had a question and there was no way I could have that answered on line instead of calling.
