If Rhymes does something wrong they will do everything in their power and not in their power to make it right there was a gentleman from Rhymes that came to fix my furnace and did more damage than good Rhymes did not hesitate they sent out two technicians and a specialist to get my furnace running and my Google thermostat working which isn't really their responsibility but they got it all to work in one day and didn't charge me a dime

The oil delivery is always on time and they leave the invoice at our door so we can pay right away to take advantage of the prompt pay discount. The man who services our furnace before winter sets in is very professional, polite and pleasant. He explains what he is doing and why. We feel we are in good hands.
