I really like my delivery people and the person that has attended my gas issues as well as my oil person Stephen.
Most important Andrea Vallely is the best person I have ever dealt with in any service industry and really helped me escape from Irving Oil negotiating buying my tank etc, when Irving would do nothing to move the process along. Rymes is lucky to have her. Andrea will jump in anytime I have some subsequent issues.

I live in north conway,n.h. and would like to pay my bill, but don't know where my local office is.
I like the fact you have monitors on my tanks so i never have to worry if i forget to check my fuel level. Your delivery staff is always friendly and courteous, but very stressed from high workload and long hours during the winter heating season. I now good delivery drivers are hard to find.
Your service is only good if you can get fuel to the customer. Please treat them well and let them know your customers do acknowledge there hard work and efforts.
