I received my first delivery on February 25, 2025.
Rimes customer service department is top-notch. I spoke with a friendly representative in the morning and the NICEST fuel delivery gentleman was in my driveway by 4 in the afternoon. Talk about FAST SERVICE … WOW. I wasn’t even having an emergency, the driver told me that “he was in the area and wanted to get my tank filled before an incoming storm”.
Two days later I called customer service once more to ask a question and I had the pleasure of speaking with “APREL”. Oh, my goodness, what a lovely person you have on your team!!! THANK YOU APREL … you listened … you’re SO FRIENDLY … calmed my concerns … made suggestions … we shared a chuckle … you ARE EXACTLY the person every customer wants to have solving their problems!!! I am new to Rhymes after having been with Dead River Company for over 40 years. I have spoken with three people by phone and have met three technicians during my change. I have been extremely pleased with the conversations and very pleased with the service I have received. I have other properties (rentals) and I will recommend my tenants make the changer as well.
