I have had positive interactions with office staff, cleaners and delivery people for years. A "noHeat" response was efficient and helpful. The person on the phone checked back with me to let me know that someone was definitely coming with kerosene and they would make sure the furnace was up and running. He did that and helped me learn that there was a shut off under the thermostat that I never knew was there!!! Knowing that they have a key for the seasonal home is comforting.

Affordability ie budget payment plan, recent service was efficient and very professional. Only negative has been long wait times on hold and music while on hold just not pleasant.

The representatives are professional and courteous. The only suggestion for improvement is that Rymes should text owners when a truck is coming to the house. I have dogs, and a notification ahead of time would be nice, so they don't get hit by a truck.

Have always had prompt response to calls until recent request for a fill up. The propane wasn't delivered for over a week and we ran out of propane . My husband had open heart surgery and is on a blood thinner which makes him cold. We needed to have a warm house and it was 52°.

You made it easy to order online and the truck delivered in the timeframe mentioned. I would like the option to speak with someone in the winter months to coordinate a delivery date to ensure my driveway is plowed and sanded

Fast service, reasonable prices. The website is not particularly intuitive, and the wait time on the phone seems unreasonably long when it is not heating season, over 20 minutes on a warm summer day.

Your team did a great job in digging out my propane tank so they could empty it, replace the fill gauge and refill the propane tank, and light the pilots for my fireplace and water heater. I was told the furnace has an auto pilot which I was not aware of. All in all, job well done, although they needed a part which perhaps they could have done ahead of time but that had no impact on me or them getting the job done...it just took a little longer.
