The only thing I can say about propane is that it Burns well. I'm on a budget And then right there when I need to be topped off. The drivers have gone out of their way to get to the snow to get to me. The drive is a very friendly and informative when you ask them a question.

Reliable. Communication is good. You answer your phone if there’s a problem and flexible if a payments missed etc. Never a problem in 4 years with your equipment and delivery.

Prompt delivery and when you did mess up a few times... you were fair mnded and paid for my technician that I had to call for emergency service...

Ease of service and billing/payment

We have run of oil a few times and have been charged to restart the furnace. Once it was our own fault BUT most other times it was because the truck would not come down our driveway unless it was sanded. So..........it takes a bit of time to call the plow truck and have them come and sand the driveway. In the meantime, the driver goes to Burger King or just waits for the plow truck to arrive and do the deed. Sometime it's not a big deal while other times it is !! It depends on if the plow guy is home or able to respond to our call. We used to have Fuller and they never had a problem getting up our driveway. Just saying !!

Professional friendly courteous

I have had positive interactions with office staff, cleaners and delivery people for years. A "noHeat" response was efficient and helpful. The person on the phone checked back with me to let me know that someone was definitely coming with kerosene and they would make sure the furnace was up and running. He did that and helped me learn that there was a shut off under the thermostat that I never knew was there!!! Knowing that they have a key for the seasonal home is comforting.

Affordability ie budget payment plan, recent service was efficient and very professional. Only negative has been long wait times on hold and music while on hold just not pleasant.

The representatives are professional and courteous. The only suggestion for improvement is that Rymes should text owners when a truck is coming to the house. I have dogs, and a notification ahead of time would be nice, so they don't get hit by a truck.

Have always had prompt response to calls until recent request for a fill up. The propane wasn't delivered for over a week and we ran out of propane . My husband had open heart surgery and is on a blood thinner which makes him cold. We needed to have a warm house and it was 52°.
