From the minute you walk through the front door, there is a sense of calm, well-being and very friendly faces. Phil & Lisa are amazing humans! So kind and generous with their helpfulness, advice, compassion, knowledge, gentleness, and enthusiasm.
Here you can use the up-to-date, pristine machines, weights, take a variety of interesting classes and, as we are, lucky enough to be paired with an amazing trainer.
So many people I know dread going to the gym....we cannot wait to get there to sweat and smile!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere, been a member for about 12 years.
Phil , the vise president of operations , takes complete pride in the facility . He is constantly making sure the machines are operational , the bathrooms clean and the sauna cooking . Phil is the key to success of club metro . His great smile , friendly attitude and complete understanding of each individual and how they need to be in tune to their own individualized workout is outstanding.
Phil is always their when you need him no matter what it pertains to and he always willing to help !

My fiancee brought me to this gym. She loves the gym and all the classes she takes. I love all the classes that I take and the weight room is excellent. The monthly rate is affordable and the location is very convenient.
Very nice staff and gym. Except for cleaning. The fans are full of dust and when turned on all of that dust just flies everywhere and not good for customers. Please have the fans dusted
