I like the politeness of reps. Machines are always clean ..space is great to workout in...just wish had better area for classes.
I've been going to this gym at least 15 years. Great atmosphere and staff very convenient, I love it.
Great staff......while equipment is a bit dated the gym has all you need. Locker rooms/showers and sauna can use an upgrade but all in all a great place. Frint desk personnel very pleasant and professional.

Large and clean, you can find several large and spacious area to work out, no one needs to be on top of each other. I love the sauna, you can also get several type of shakes made for you; nice staff. You can go at any time and you will never find it overcrowded.
I personally train with Alejandra and she is fantastic! I like the gym because it has all the necessary equipment. Also, front desk is always helpful.
The availability of the machine like the fact never have to wait to use any equipment

Good vibes good environment shake bar and other amenities great gym over all been there for over ten years wouldn't go no where else..
The workers are very kind
I like the fact that its not usually overcrowded bc ppl would rather go to planet fitness where it is cheaper but again they are crowded over there. Now for the amount that is paid at club metro considering it is more expensive it would be nice to have the bathrooms renovated/not looking old
