Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Programs for everyone
The people and the great pool.
.
I like the classes and the friendly atmosphere, the Y community is great.
Aquatics.
Virtually all the water aero are retired so why not put it at 9 at least a few days a week.
My family uses the Y regularly
I have been a member for 40 years; mainly for swimming laps, but use the gym periodically. I recently began taking my first in person classes (have done at other gyms) and love the Les Mill Body Pump! The instructor (Laura) is fantastic and enjoying being in a group again! Laura was so welcoming and creates a great vibe. The front desk folks are always so friendly, too, the culture is just wonderful!
Pool.is clean! Staff is great!
Love the kids watch! Still on the newer side but everyone seems friendly and welcoming.
The staff, facilities and overall equipment are top!
Reciprocal membership with other Ys when I'm traveling. The LiveStrong & Strong programs. Beautiful clean pools. Exercise classes particularly yoga.
I recently brought my 2 granddaughters ages 4 and 5 to the Bluey luncheon. It was a great event! The girls loved every bit of it. The music, the character, the story time, the photos, crafts and food were all terrific.
The best thing were the people! The staff were all so welcoming, kind, considerate and welcoming. My husband, the girls and me all had a great time and left with such a good feeling about the time that we had!
Many thanks to the wonderful staff of the Hockomock North Attleboro YMCA!
Your swimming pool maintenance is impeccable unlike Foxboro; you may share my comments with Foxboro as I have perpetually voiced concern about the infection control issues in the water there cloudy, bandages and shards of stool from toddlers, etc) many mornings the swimming pool vacuum is bone dry and very often out for repair allegedly! I have been a nurse for more than 50 years!
Kudos to your lifeguard and also to the women’s locker room crew!
Broad range of activities that meet the interests of every member regardless of physical capability and age.
I just use the fitness center right now
High quality, convenience of timings offered
They’re really fun, especially for little ones
Swimming
Love the weight room,it's the only activity that I have been doing so far
Staff is always friendly
I mostly do water aerobics and the classes are great! The instructor’s are phenomenal 👍👍
There's a good selection for all ages
I like the low impact aerobic classes. Good music makes it fun!
I love your instructors and classes, and love the Y facilities. I am very happy with my membership. My only complaint is that when I signed up 2.5 years ago, I was never told about the points incentive and, therefore, never signed up for them. I looked at my emails and only got one email in 2.5 years about them, and I didn't pay attention since I didn't know what it was. I finally heard about the points and called the Y to ask about them, only to discover that my points (that had for a year accrued without me signing up but then stopped for the next 1.5 years) had expired 2 days before. When I spoke to the director of membership about it, she said I should have known about them and they are advertised everywhere (I never saw a sign at the Y and my weekly emails from the Y never mentioned them). Then she asked what I was looking for, and I told her I'd at least like the points that expired 2 days ago to be restored. She said that would require executive approval (which she wasn't willing to do since she did not offer) and instead she offered to manually calculate my points for the past 6 months and it would take a few weeks (even though I could easily see them when I logged in because they were the ones expiring). I'm disappointed about the whole communication of this "great incentive program" that as a member I never was even aware of over 2.5 years and I go to the Y regularly- 3 to 4 or more times a week. When I inquired about it, it was clear they didn't want to help me investigate restoring my lost points for 2.5 years. I just got 50 "monthly check in bonus" which I think may be the 6 months worth of points restored but I'm not rally sure. Nothing was every communicated back to me. My experience at the Y over the last 2.5 years has been great otherwise, but the points program and communication has made me unhappy as a customer.

Caitlin's Pilates class is great
Volt Hockey is an incredible program. TY for offering.
Go Rolling Warriors and Space2Thrive
The programs that are offered for my children’s ages and also the days and times work great!
There is great variety in programming and some classes, like aqua fitness for example, have day and evening options to accommodate different scheduling needs.
Staff in the fitness center are helpful and friendly. I received a very thorough orientation.
Most important for me is the cleanliness and brightness of the facilities. That is what sold me on this Y over others.
My only suggestion is to investigate how you can make the fitness center cooler.
I have only been to the North Attleboro Y a few times. Franklin is much closer for me. That said, I have the following comments about N. A.
The pool area is BEAUTIFUL, bright, airy, well organized.
I love that the water bells are sorted by size and easily accessible.
I love that the noodles are in a mesh bin that is easy to get them into and out of.
The 2 railings on the pool steps make getting in and out so much easier.
The short walk from parking to desk for sign in to locker room is GREAT.
Offering "Water Exercise" (aka Water Walking) 5x/week at the same time each day is awesome.
The locker room is also really good, with the only "complaints" being that the lockers are a bit small and the distance to a handicapped-height toilet from the pool is a bit far.
If there was a hot tub the N.A. Y would be pretty close to perfect for my use!
I would LOVE to see the above improvements done at the Franklin Y!!!

They are fun safe and good for me.
