Great staff! They are friendly and helpful. Lots of programs to participate in. I like the fitness challenges offered like the triathlon in the summer and the fall thankful one. They help keep me motivated to workout.
The staff is super friendly, always eager to help, and greets me when I walk in the door. The variety of equipment options is great. I keep hoping for a sauna or steam room, though!
