YMCA offers a lot under one roof, from individual fitness classes, to pool, sauna, weights and wellness programs. The YMCA staff who teach classes are long term employees who develop friendships with the members.

This is a fabulous facility with room for all different types of health and wellness classes. Parkinsons exercise classes, water aerobics, weights, cardio drumming…youth basketball leagues, indoor triathlons…you name it, the probably have it!

We love that it’s a family friendly place where any age can find something to do. We love the indoor track for walking , stroller walking, running, etc. The classes are all great and welcoming. We also love how welcoming the gym is for with any kind of disability.
Facility is well kept, clean and updated. Very accessible and organized. Staff is friendly and so is the community. Fun activities, great kid area and pool. Overall, one of the best gyms I’ve been too. Does get busy a lot, but there is plenty of equipment and space.

The site has lots of windows, letting in a great deal of light. The equipment is well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
