What an amazing program! Organized, engaging for kids, and high quality instructors. Thank you to my son’s instructor Maddie. She is so patient with her group of 3 and 4 year old preschool swimmers. She is teaching my son new skills and he often asks when he can go to swim lessons next.

I love the Mary Free Bed Y. The atmosphere is so beneficial to anyone that works out there. It feels like everyone is there to do their best to stay healthy, and the staff is willing to help when asked.

Good facilities. Very clean and well maintained.
The water aerobics program. The only problem is the inability to keep the family/therapy pool a comfortable temperature. They get it comfortable for about three days and then it gradually gets colder each day. It is finally so cold I cannot stay in for an hour because I ache from the cold.
I really liked it.. very light, the pool was crowded tough with a lot of kids ..I would have to find a day that there are not clases to be able to swim.

But it wasn’t on Tuesday 19/1 at noon due to lifeguard class simultaneous with Navy Seaks class.
A fantastic place to visit and belong. Employees and staff are the best. Always quick with a greeting or “have a nice day” afterwards. Instructors know how to push and challenge you in the right way and ALWAYS so encouraging for participants. I tell everyone to come try a class. Love the MFB Y!!!
