The facilities, the machines, and the pools are clean. There's a great selection of weight machines, treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, rowing machines, and basketball courts. There are also nice separate walking/jogging lanes.

Even on the busiest days there always seems to be machines available.
Exercise space is always clean, and I can generally get on the equipment I prefer to use. I appreciate Mary Free Bed adding two more stair machines to offer 4 total. One are of constructive feedback: locker rooms need more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Torn shower curtains are left unreplaced for too long. Lockers and benches are often dirty.
The class was great, but the swim class hours are difficult to find on your website, and they don't match the actual class times posted outside the pool
The space and the equipment
Nice facility, nice gym, ramp was nice for people that have trouble with stairs.
Body combat class was nice, but a small room for the amount of people, felt a bit cramped.
Always friendly and helpful staff, the place is very clean. Love the classes.
Big, spacious facility. Wonderful pool . . . all of those basketball/volleyball/pickleball courts! The well-maintained exercise machines, free weights, etc. and that marvelous 5 lap track.
But it is the people who manage this Y . . . friendly, hard-working, caring people!

The kidzone date night was great however I really wish this was offered at the Lowell litehouse location - we would be able to participate more frequently and my kids are comfortable in that location and familiar with their staff
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. Classes are well organized and the instructors are able to teach members of different abilities at the same time.

I have good interactions with staff and the class I’m currently taking, the instructor is great. They have been helpful from scheduling to billing. I have used the massage and PT, they have been great.

I love how clean it is. I absolutely love the sauna. I do wish the pool included a large slide for my daughter to be excited to go.
