I supposed to enjoy the aquatic classes. Both of the instructors are terrific! Sometimes the classes are a little crowded but you make do. The exercise floor has plenty of equipment. The place is kept clean. The people are friendly. The people at the front desk always greet you when you come in. I especially like the walking track.
Rehab for before and after surgery. Specific plans for additional treatment.
The people that workout there are very friendly and motivated to be healthy . I enjoy the equipment available in the weightlifting areas.

Most all is positive. The only negative that I can think of is having wider benches in the men's locker room like they doat Spartan Nash Y. The ones at Mary Free Bed could be about 6" wider so duffle bags don't fall off.

I love meeting new people and chatting up old friends who are like minded about staying active and healthy. I love the group fitness classes , staff and instructors are always engaging and encouraging!
