Ostermann has been good with deliveries and no issues. Superior has taken over and not as personal as it use to be. Hopefully the customer service continues

I recently had an issue requiring me to contact Osterman customer service. I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with my interaction with Jennifer Morani. She actually listened to my concern with genuine care and her communication was excellent. She took care of my problem immediately and followed up consistently through the process until everything was fully resolved. I am very grateful for this wonderful interaction. I went from being frustrated and upset to being completely blown away by the amazing customer service. Thank you for everything and earning my trust as a continued customer.
