I had a question about the minimum usage charge (MUC) and Lynn at the office kindly and clearly explained that for low propane users such as us, it serves as a sort of annual rental and insurance fee. Ostermans does not charge a monthly rental fee as standard (unlike other providers). She gave me a suggestion that may help avoid the fee for this year.
