On Monday, 10/23 I was out of propane. At 7:20 I called the 800# the answering service was helpful & took my information. I was advised the office opened at 7;30. At 7:40 I called the office. Lisa was WONDERFUL. Within 2 hours I had a full tank of propane, my lines had been checked & EVERYTHING was resolved.

Your customer service is fantastic, always pleasant, helpful and reliable. I would give a 10 except I am unhappy with the usage vs rate policy. My 1500 sq ft house was renovated from oil to propane - but only on the first floor. Second floor uses mitsubishi electric heaters. Due to only having one floor, and trying to conserve, puts me in a higher rate range as I don't use as much as a full house would. In my opinion this is not fair. I have a single income, loyal customer, always pays, yet I am penalized with a higher rate due to my usage. Many times I have felt like switching companies but I've come to trust the service and kindness at Ostermans so I remain. It is my hope someday loyal, longtime paying customers are rewarded with lower rates as well.
I can get service if and when I need it. People are always friendly.

They are prompt! Asked for a delivery, made a ticket for my service and they were here in under two weeks. Never had a problem with the service.
