Friendly service and prompt delivery. Osterman's people go out of their way to help out. Last year we ran out of gas - we use gas to cook and heat water, so it wasn't a heating emergency, just inconvenient. The next morning a delivery person showed up at our door - he started early so he could come to our house before completing his regular orders that day. You guys are the best!

Quite truthfully, I have been continually amazed at the level of proficiency and customer service I've been provided.
