I needed some work done with disconnecting my propane line from my furnace. The young men who came out to do the work were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They stayed for several minutes after the work was done in the basement to make sure my gas stove was still working as well.
When I spoke to the representatives on the phone to make the appointment, they were always ready to help and actually remembered me from my previous phone call! Usually you never get the same person twice.

Customer service is very good. Every time I call there is a friendly voice answering my questions.
The only downside I experience is their office monitoring gauge of my propane usage is incorrect.
I asked that the driver call me before arriving so I could make sure dogs were locked up in house. The driver did call me and made sure gate was closed when he left. I appreciate the consideration I was given.

The delivery driver took special care to not disturb a lovely wren nest with five eggs in it when filling my tank. It would have been quicker and easier for him to have thrown the nest, but he did not. Kudos.

We love the ability to request services and pay our invoices online. Service is always prompt after we put in a request. Our one frustration after Osterman was purchased by Superior is that we now have an annual service charge since we don't use very large quantities of propane throughout the year.
