Exceptional service is the key. And in my two plus years now, it has been exactly that. To having our fireplace completely overhauled, and a new gas range installed in the past year, I have required a number of scheduled service calls. So, I claim to be a good judge of your high quality work. I also will give a gold star to your customer support staff, especially Lisa, who more often than not I speak to when I call. She is efficient, professional, and always a friendly voice, prepared to serve you and your issues.

When I reported out of gass, das was delivered the next day. \\
The driver found that the gauge was faulty, It read that there was gas when the tank was empty. I hope Oster man will change the gauge.
