We are on a plan where we call when we need gas. From the time I call the girl on the phone is pleasant, takes the information, and gives an estimate of the time my delivery will be. The delivery is usually within a day or two. We have been customers of Osterman for more than 20 years and the office people and delivery people are always nice and very helpful.
