We have always been treated fairly. Especially now as retirees our current price of $ 2.39.9 is excellent. Times are hard for everyone, expenses are "through the roof".
Your delivery drivers are excellent. Hopefully there will not be a shortage of drivers as last year.
One recommendation out side of using the online tools: In the event that we need to call Superior the wait time on the phone can be a half hour or more ? That should not be.

The technician who came to check for leaks on our gas lines was extremely kind, thorough and helpful. He even went above and beyond when we received a heavy delivery while he was there and helped the delivery person put it where it needed to go. Customer service like that goes a long way! I wish I remembered his name!

The delivery man, Jamal, was professional and friendly and worked fast and hard to deliver the propane. He and I discussed a better plan for the next time he comes since we have two large tanks in the backyard for our Generac that will need service too.
