Well, I have only living in New England for two years and do not have experience with anyone delivering fuel to my home before, so this is my first experience and I think everything is great. A sensor was put on my tank so I know I needed propane when someone shows up and fills it. Customer service was lovely when I setup the service in my name and I liked that there was a human answering the phone and not an automated system.
