Had some issues with rental fee/minimum usage fee, but had it ironed out with very competitive pricing and help from an associate. It was tough to accomplish but I am satisfied with the result.
The people I interacted with were nice, helpful and efficient. From the two or three different people I spoke with on the phone, to Tony who came out and did the safety check and helped me get my equipment on line again. This type of service is not something you see very often these days, and it is very much appreciated.
