The people we work with at Superior are professionals and they have yet to miss a delivery.

However, I am disappointed that you have dropped the service of our gas appliances such as freestanding and inserts. So far, I have located a retired individual to help us but I am uncertain how long that relationship will last.

I like that I can set up a one time payment in the summer for the winter season, and that your deliveries are always ontime (though sometimes sooner than I had expected).

I like the ease of service, particularly that my payment is automatically pulled, but also that a doorhanger was left at my home to remind me of you annual payment.

Great fast service

Osterman has been providing my house with LP for 25 years.
There were no problems ever - propane was just always there.
Recently there was a glitch with a sensor and we ran out of LP. I called the office - it was a Sunday - and they delivered LP in a couple of hours. They followed up with a call, apologies and a very nice discount.
