We have always depended on you for our heat and now we do so for our kitchen at the senior center as well as for our huge generator. Those who deliver are cautious and professional. Thank you for your service.

I have 2 tanks that are monitored, and one running the hot water heater that isn't. The unmonitored tank is on a refill schedule, and there have been no problems. The monitored tanks supply the furnace, and the only reason I didn't give them a 10 was that sometimes, they let those tanks get down to 8% in the dead of winter. Possibly, that happens because of shortages during cold snaps, and that's understandable, but it means that it's necessary for the client to check levels on his/her own and be prepared to call Osterman when levels are dropping below 20% to make sure they're aware. Osterman generally delivers within a day or two.
