Very quick delivery after requesting a fill up. The fill should have been automatic and I inquired about it to the delivery guy if he could check with the office to see if they were getting a reading there and he said he would. Later on that afternoon we had a service technician come to the house and he found that who ever set up the radio read never set it up for the size tanks we have and a couple other parameters, never mind it not being registered in our name. but he was great, got on the phone with technical service in Montreal, worked through everything, ran 4 test and we were good to go! Thanks guys and gals! =-)

I called for a propane fill and it was delivered a day later. I was concerned about a storm and I have a standby generator. Kathy went out of way to arrange the fill. I am a 20 year customer and spend $3,000 + a year on propane and I am to do it for this kind of service.
Quick response whenever I call. Recently we had been on generator for 3 days due to a storm. I was concerned that the propane would run out. I called and the delivery person was at my home by the end of the day. Great service and personnel.

Service is fine, although this last fill-up should have been a few weeks ago. The tank was lower than when you usually come, resulting in more gallons needed and a higher bill.
