It was very easy to buy my house.
This actually was a hard process. Did not hear from Builder for weeks and weeks at a time. I was always having to initiate an update on progress. Have discovered several problems in house and haven’t spent one night in there. I already received an abnormal Gas bill and like stated above - have not spent one night in there or been over there that much!! I thought that I was buying an energy efficient home. However, I am planning to schedule an Inspection soon.
He was easily accessible and explained thing’s clearly to me.

Kept me informed, very professional, and work was done to a high standard.
I like the community, so my rating was more about that than the builder. My new house has had multiple issues, and the warranty team doesn't respond. So on that note, the rating isn't as good.
The quality of their finishes is very good.

Great guy. Really cared about getting the house perfect for us. Did his best to overcome all the supply chain issues.
We received weekly updates during the build regarding what was completed that week, and what they planned to work on the following week. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Our home inspector was quite impressed with the quality of the home, and some of the standard features such as wooden shelves (not wire).
