My builder Andrew McCord was simply put the best. I do realize people run into some significant building issues with Pulte homes. But Andrew was terrific. He was thoughtful communicative and so reasonable to work with. Maybe we got lucky, or maybe he’s just that good. BTW he’s been moved to Columbia and promoted so maybe that’s why!

Working with Saussy Burkbank was a dream. Amy at the sales office was awesome and Kelly spoke with us each week to discuss updates on our build. The home is gorgeous, very well built and noticeable care and craftsmanship went into our home. Outside of our home, the community is so well taken care of and well designed!
