Tondra, to the loan officer, processing officer, and the construction manager David were so helpful from start to finish and even after for any and all concerns! I want to make an extra mention for how amazing Tondra (the sales rep at the chesmar courtyar model homes), Edward Coburn (the loan officer and his whole team), and David (the construction manager) have been!!! They all truly made this entire process so smooth and very enjoyable! I appreciate their thorough communication and complete transparency throughout! I hope to be able to use Chesmar in the future for our forever home and build our dream home from scratch! Until then we are so excited to be enjoying our beautiful chesmar courtyard first time home!!!

We chose Newmark! I love the high ceilings with the double doors to the backyard. They had many different styles but we fell in love with the model home that they have at the welcome center, Donley.
Yordano Gutierrez is the best overall. He has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process and still is. He consistently answered our questions promptly. His communication and attentiveness made a big difference in our experience.

Beazer guided us through the entire process, kept us informed and very dependable.
1. Professionally designed and maintained.
2. Proper walking trails beside water views.
3. Sitting areas for elders here and there in entire community, especially beside water fronts.
4. Nice common areas.
5. Price levels keeping in mind for all segments.
6. Schools nearby with proper Transporation.
7. Very good connectivity (still need to be improved).

Improvement Ideas.

1. One more Kids Park.
2. Lighting beside the common roads (always dark as of now observing).
3. Some areas of banks of water are not clean (especially beside bridges).
4. Traffic Signal at Entry point of Eylon Blvd (i.e. at Main Entrance). As of now everyone has to look for "TWO WAY" Traffic which may lead to accidents. As elementary school also opening in near by a "Traffic Signal Ligths" are really helpful for everyone.
The builders did the best they could with communication and home delivery. Any delay was more the fault of the trades doing the work and not the builder
They are very responsible.
The Quality and working experience with the Sales person (Andrew) and the construction manager manager (Ray)
Builder is very responsive. He answered all our questions with patience in detail.
