Brookfield Residential sales folks were very nice and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure the experience was positive. Always followed up on questions and worked issues to completion without us having to prod them. After sales service and follow up was good as well. I would definitely recommend them and buy another house from them if the opportunity comes in the future.

Shot out to Akeem with Perry Homes 65 was awesome; additionally they have a hard charging construction Manager “Mat” that has absolutely crushed the issues that came up at the blue tapes; having dealt with 2 other builders previously; Perry has the rights folks working this neighborhood for us the homebuyer. We love our new Perry Home and have no regrets going with Akeem at Perry.

My experience was largely positive.
The communication with the stakeholders (e.g. Sales Consultant, Construction Engineer etc) throughout the construction phase up to closing was great; i love the fact that i was kept abreast of the project status and my questions / clarifications / complaints were attended to.
Equally delighted that i was able to upgrade and customize some of the design options to my taste.
Most importantly, and to a large extent, I was happy with the quality of the builder's work and his/her ability to meet closing date.
We were able to customize our home and the details and finishes came out so beautiful. Impressed with the process of the home build and attention to detail.

Overall the experience was very good. The only thing is that during a final walk through you still can't identify all the flaws until you begin moving in and hooking things up. Also, the breakers flip constantly during a storm which is a huge nuisance. Opening a warranty is easy on the activation but there is no follow up email stating use this link to open warranty tickets. The driveways are to small and narrow. With two cars in the driveway the people getting out on the side by the yard have to get muddy/wet when it rains or the sprinklers turn on. Now I will have to fight the HOA to expand driveway in order to avoid said hazard.
To make matters worse, our mailboxes were removed for the last 2 weeks due to a faulty foundation and we need to go to Pin Oak to pick up mail and wait in a ridiculously long line at a facility with no A/C. Huge nuisance and we don't know when that will be corrected.
