Our family is loving our connection to the swim team so far. It is a new experience, so it requires adjustments and that isn't always seamless or pleasant. However, we are all mostly having fun and enjoying the process and navigating the bumps with grace.

Professional, positive and supportive staff, so clean pool and changing rooms. My kids have a huge progress in a short time period at swimming. I feel they are safe on their lessons. There I found everything, whatever I was looking for my kids
I feel that my daughter is getting fantastic feedback on how to improve her swimming; including instruction on how to fix her strokes, her dive and her breathing techniques. The coaches push her to be better. There are plenty of practice opportunities for her to take advantage of, and as a working parent I love the late night options.

The instructors were great with the kids and working with different experience level swimmers. They made classes fun, and I've seen a big improvement in my daughter's swimming in a short time
We enjoy facilities, and Claire is great: professional, accommodating, and responsive.
The staff treated every child no matter what ability/disability the same. Each child received the same instruction and attention to develop.
My child loves aftercare! He enjoys the friends, the activities, staying active via games (even when it’s cold), etc. He often complains that we pick him up too early even when he is the last kid there. He clearly feels safe, happy, and engaged and that’s exactly what we needed…thank you!
Bringing back the hose in the men's steam room was a major improvement in the facility.
The new weights and machines are also very nice.

Coach Madison is amazing, team practice always on time , wish have longer practice time ☺️, the fee is fair enough !
Supportive environment to hone swimming skills
The class sizes are nice and small and the teachers are sweet. Some of them should realize the kids are giving them the full attention, and therefore should be more engaging with the kids during the class. Sometimes the teachers chat with the other teachers while they are bringing the kids for a lap, and instead should be making eye contact or focusing on the kid and cheering them on.
The coaching staff. The focus on developing not only the swimmer's technique but also the Y principles. Our son has developed a strong bond with his team and it is a privilege to watch the team’s camaraderie and support for one another.
It’s a great opportunity to practice sports without the pressure of teams and competition.
It’s consistent, the instructor is very patience and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.
We very much like the coaches. We are unhappy with the facilities, specifically: the starting blocks (no grip, no angle plate for foot, no handles on the side), the boys' bathroom (toilet) doors don't work and don't lock, and the showers don't work at all; there are cockroaches.)
I am so pleased with the difference in the team since Coach Kyle took over. The team has become a team again. My daughter feels seen and encouraged by Coach Kyle. His communication is terrific and the team spirit is noticeably reinvigorated. His style of leadership is very much welcomed and noticed.
The teacher is fantastic and my son is learning so much! I can’t wait to sign him up again for more lessons!
